Hello, we are Karl and Emma. A Husband and Wife team with a history of breeding Weimaraner’s and working hard for other companies.
In my mind I’ve wasted years of my life working for national companies on substandard pay thinking this was it. In our younger years, Emma was a fantastic gymnast and wanted to become a professional dancer, I on the other hand was a dreamer, due to playing low level semi pro football and not understand true life. It wasn’t until I came across Weimaraner’s and eventually winning best in breed at Crufts, which gave us a platform to breed these magnificent dogs. I discovered my heart and passion for helping families find their new 4-legged best friend, there new family member that would be loyal and give their undivided attention and love. We can learn so much from dogs, so I choose to follow their philosophy and put that mindset in to property, undivided attention, love and passion.
At first, we flipped 2 properties in Somerset over a period of 15 years, but still didn’t understand the power of property or how we could use our strengths in aiding us in creating and refurbishing beautiful homes for others.
After being mentored by a property investor, we discovered our true path and created ShineBright Property Ventures and The ShineBright Group. Our passion is to continue with our 4 legged friends philosophy and show undivided love and attention in all property ventures we undertake, which will one day lead us to our final goal. Creating a rescue centre, a safe place of rest of any dog that has been mistreated or abandoned and help heal or rehabilitate.
